By using Ogden Nordic’s facilities, you understand and agree that you are responsible for your safety, and you understand and agree that you may be exposed to hazards including, but not limited to: existing and changing snow conditions; bare spots; rocks; stumps; trees; collisions with natural objects, man-made objects, or other skiers; variations in terrain; and the failure of skiers to ski within their ability. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS OF SKIING AND ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES AT OGDEN NORDIC, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, INHERENT OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING THE NEGLIGENCE OF EMPLOYEES AND AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, HOLD HARMLESS, AND NOT SUE OGDEN NORDIC OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES OR AFFILIATES.  If you bring your dog onto any Ogden Nordic trails in the North Fork Park, you agree to keep them on leash as required by county ordinance.

Ogden Nordic day tickets and season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not guarantee snow conditions or the number of skiable days in the season, however, you can be assured we are doing the best we can to provide well-groomed trails for Nordic skiing, snowshoeing and fat biking.  In addition, revenue from passes and tickets sustains our ability to groom, maintain, and develop trails year-round.

Thank you for supporting this non-profit trail system.
