Information Ogden Nordic collects:  In operating our organization, it is essential for us to capture some information from forms or orders you submit.  Specifically, we will include your name, email and other general contact information in a database which we will use to send you information about our operations (opening/closing information), and fundraising efforts. In these emails, you will be provided the opportunity to unsubscribe. We will also use your address to facilitate the processing of your order.

 

How do we process your information?

Shopping Cart Platform:  We use the WIX as our service provider to host our website, order forms and database.  

 

Payments:  Our store is PCI-DSS compliant (a strict industry standard with requirements for the security of credit card information).  We use PayPal to process your payment information.

 

Email Lists:  Ogden Nordic uses Vertical Advantage for email lists, which is compliant with the most current protocols and data security methods. 

 

How long do we keep your information?

We keep your data until you let us know to remove it.
