This form is for rental equipment for the Juniors' Program only. If you reached this page but are not in the Juniors' Program, season rentals for kids 12 and under will open Dec 1 and be accessible from the Passes & Rentals page.
You will receive your rental gear at the first session.
Once you complete and submit this form you will be directed to our junior rental equipment page for selection and payment.
